Divine Detailing offers car detailing services, including but not limited to exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, waxing, and specialty treatments. All services are subject to availability, and specific service details are outlined at the time of booking.
3. Booking and Payment
• Booking: You can book services through our website or by contacting us directly. Booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit, as applicable.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
• Provide accurate information about your vehicle, including its condition, size, and specific needs.
• Ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location.
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
5. Service Limitations
While we strive to provide the best results, certain conditions may limit the effectiveness of our services:
• Pre-Existing Damage: We are not responsible for existing scratches, dents, or wear and tear on the vehicle.
• Stains and Odors: Some stains and odors may not be fully removable depending on the material and duration of exposure.
• Weather Conditions: Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather to ensure quality results.
6. Liability
Divine Detailing is not liable for:
• Any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or emergencies.
• Loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
7. Customer Satisfaction and Disputes
We aim to provide excellent service and resolve any issues promptly. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 30 days of the service date. Refunds, corrections, or re-dos will be handled according to our Return Policy.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information, including contact details and vehicle information, will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use our services for illegal purposes.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or representatives.
• Damage our equipment or property during service delivery.
10. Changes to Terms
Divine Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
