Return Policy for Divine Detailing Services
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day policy for refunds or corrections. Below are the details regarding eligibility, process, and exceptions.
30-Day Return/Correction Policy
You have 30 days from the date your detailing service is completed to request a return, refund, or correction of services.
Eligibility for Returns or Corrections
To be eligible for a return or correction:
• You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
• The vehicle must not have been excessively used or exposed to conditions that could void the claim (e.g., intentional damage or heavy off-roading).
• The dissatisfaction must be directly related to the services provided, such as incomplete cleaning, missed detailing areas, or damage caused during the service.
How to Request a Return or Correction
To start a return or request a correction, email us at divinetransportation223@gmail.com with the following details:
1. Your name and contact information.
2. Date of service and receipt number.
3. A detailed explanation of the issue, along with photos if applicable.
If approved, we’ll provide instructions on next steps, which may include revisiting the service site or scheduling a redo.
Please note: Requests made without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your vehicle immediately after the service is completed. If you notice any damage or an issue caused during detailing, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Non-Returnable/Non-Correctable Services
We cannot offer refunds or corrections for:
• Add-ons or specialty services that were delivered as described.
• Pre-existing vehicle damage unrelated to our service.
• Services completed more than 30 days ago.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you will receive your funds back on the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to resolve dissatisfaction is to request a redo or correction. Once approved, we’ll reschedule a service to meet your needs.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (If Applicable)
If the service was booked from within the EU, you have the right to cancel or request corrections within 14 days of the service date, for any reason and without justification. Proof of purchase will still be required.
